NĪ is the everyday sub unit. One NUOR contains one hundred NĪ, allowing practical everyday denomination without requiring users to think in gold calculations.

Reference is not physical ownership
The gold reference does not by itself mean that one NUOR is title to one physical gram of bullion or an automatic redemption right.

The wallet handles the arithmetic
A balance can be displayed as 12 NUOR 47 NĪ while equivalent reference values are calculated automatically.
