The target architecture is designed not to create a central platform economic history of ordinary qualifying private wallet circulation merely for surveillance purposes.

Processing may support website operation, contracts, wallet certification, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, legal obligations, compliance, official transactions and complaints under the appropriate legal basis.
Rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, consent withdrawal and complaint to a competent authority.
