Verified gold data informs the maximum authorised monetary capacity under protocol defined rules.
2. NUOR is authenticated
Legitimate bearer value is created through authorised issuance and cryptographic issuer authentication.
3. The wallet is certified
An authorised wallet receives system identity and cryptographic certification before bearer operation.
4. Value enters the wallet
Where lawfully activated, official infrastructure can move NUOR into an eligible user wallet.
5. Wallets transfer directly
Compatible wallets are designed to transfer current ownership state directly. Connected operation is preferred when reliable connectivity is available. Offline operation remains a resilience capability.
