More than a database balance
The target model does not reduce private bearer value to a central row that only says balance equals a number.

Unique object identity
Every legitimate bearer object has a unique identifier. Inventing an identifier does not create valid NUOR without authorised issuer authentication.

Ownership changes state
A transfer moves Object X from State N under Wallet A to the next valid state under Wallet B. The prior state must cease to be economically usable after valid completion.

Split and merge
Bearer value must support practical payments while preserving the equation Input Value equals Output Value.
