Use a strong device lock, current operating system and official NĪNUOR software from authorised distribution channels.

Protect credentials
Never disclose PINs, recovery material or private cryptographic secrets. NĪNUOR personnel should never require a private key.

Hardware protection
Sensitive ownership keys should use the strongest practical hardware backed protection available on the device.
