Gold controls authorization
M1 maps certified cumulative extracted gold to authorized monetary capacity using the adopted denomination relationship. A production Genesis remains blocked until launch-date gold data is formally certified.

Authorized is not circulating
The full authorized TEST mass is created into Genesis Reserve, while release tranches control how much may enter official sale. Authorization, offering and circulation remain separate states.
- Genesis Reserve is isolated conceptually
- Release approval does not itself move value
- Initial sale is the first reserve-to-user movement
The official ledger preserves the monetary mass
Every official-domain TEST mutation is balanced. Funding moves value from an official user balance into aggregate Offline Float. Defunding reverses that movement only after future Cash Engine validation.
- No negative monetary holding is allowed
- No unbalanced transaction is accepted
- Offline Float is aggregate and does not create a central P2P graph
M1 deliberately stops before P2P
Wallet-to-wallet private transfer, offline double-spend resistance and atomic device handoff remain outside M1. The purpose of M1 is to prove the controlled monetary cycle before opening the private cash layer.
