Before an offline transfer
Use an official supported wallet, confirm the amount and intended counterparty, check the reference timestamp and wait for final transaction confirmation.

If communication is interrupted
Do not manipulate wallet files, restore old state or repeatedly attempt to spend affected value. Follow the controlled recovery or reconciliation process.

Never bypass controls
Offline capability must not be used to circumvent sanctions, legal restrictions, device security requirements or wallet controls.
